My journey into naturopathy began long before I formally studied it. I was fortunate to be exposed to holistic health and herbal medicine from a young age—growing up in Hervey Bay, our family often turned to natural remedies to care for ourselves and even our pets. I saw first-hand how powerful plant medicine could be, and it sparked a lifelong fascination with its healing potential.
For many years, I worked as a medical receptionist, gaining valuable insight into the conventional health care system. But deep down, I felt the call to follow my true passion. After spending time living in Canada, I returned home with a broader perspective and a renewed commitment to natural medicine. Eventually, I took the leap and began studying Naturopathy, blending my early love for herbal medicine with a formal, evidence-based understanding of natural health.
Along the way, I became a mother to two beautiful children. Like many women, I entered the postpartum phase with little knowledge and even less support. I didn't know how to ask for what I needed—because I didn’t yet know what that was. That experience left a lasting impact on me and ignited a deep passion for helping other mothers feel seen, supported, and truly cared for during this sacred and vulnerable time.
Now, through my work as a naturopath, I have the privilege of combining my personal experiences, professional training, and love of plant medicine to support women, children, and families.
My goal is to empower you with the knowledge, care, and natural tools you need to feel your best—body, mind, and spirit.
